An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until May 31, 2020
A representative from CAPHC is at VEAP Tuesdays from 9:00 am-4:00 pm and Thursdays from 10:30 – 4 PM to help individuals fill out the Energy Assistance application. We recommend arriving by 3:15 pm. No appointments, Walk-in only. Our current representative, Hashim, speaks English, Somali, and Kiswahili.
