Time to break out the bell bottoms!
VEAP is pleased to warmly invite you to what’s sure to be the grooviest event of the fall. Join us the evening of November 17, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency in Bloomington for That 70’s Gala. Together, we’ll jive for a great cause: ending hunger and homelessness in South Hennepin County.
Registration is now closed. Please call us with any questions about your tickets: 952-888-9616 or email Lesley Kraft: [email protected]
Location: Hyatt Regency, 3200 E 81st St, Bloomington, MN 55425
Parking: There is parking available on-site for free along the eastern and southern side of the hotel
Entrance: You may enter the hotel via the main entrance or along the side door near parking lot; follow the VEAP signs
Schedule of events: Check-in starts at 5:00 p.m with a cocktail hour, fun games, and connection opportunities (don’t miss taking your picture by our groovy shimmer wall!). Try our specialty 70’s drink–partial proceeds go back to VEAP. Dinner and our special program will start at 6:30 p.m. The evening should wrap-up by 8:30 p.m.
Emcees: Jim Cunningham and Teri Parker Brown. Meet them here!
Suggested dress code: 70’s-inspired, business or semi-formal attire. We’d love to see everyone in their retro get-ups, but no pressure at all if you’d prefer non-70s clothing.
VEAP’s silent auction is now open and will remain so until 7:15 p.m. on Thursday night.
VEAP will be following current MDH, CDC, and hotel procedures on COVID safety.
Thank you to our event sponsors!
