Community Action Partnership (CAP) of Hennepin County will be tabling at VEAP on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Come learn more about CAP Hennepin’s program offerings.
Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County works with our community to provide services that meet immediate needs and build financial independence. We’ve designed programs and services to help meet basic needs: energy assistance, vehicle repair, rental assistance, water assistance, and more.
